Heads up: Submit this withdrawal form by the 27th of the previous month to stop next month’s tuition.
Example: Leaving in October? Submit by September 27.
Withdraw from a Class
This form officially withdraws your child from class and stops automatic billing on future tuition cycles.
1) Fill out the form below for each student you’re withdrawing.
2) Submit by the 27th of the previous month to avoid the next month’s charge.
3) You’ll get an email confirmation instantly.
- You are responsible for tuition until this form is submitted. Verbal notice to coaches/staff isn’t enough.
- No refunds on charges already processed.
- Team athletes: please speak with your coach before submitting.
- Registration fees remain valid for one year from payment date.

What happens after I submit?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your official withdrawal date. Billing stops with the next cycle if submitted by the 27th deadline.
Can my child return later?
Yes. Students can attend special activities without being enrolled and return to classes any time (space permitting).
